Seal has taken to his Instagram to share a rare insight into his relationship with his daughter Leni Klum, who he shares with his ex-wife, Heidi Klum.
The celebrity couple, who share four children together, were married for seven years, before filing for divorce in 2012. They met in 2004 after meeting in a hotel lobby and married just one year later.
Seal says daughter Leni Klum ‘made him a better person’
Taking to his 590k Instagram followers, the Kiss From a Rose singer shared a rare photo of his eldest daughter, 19-year-old Leni Klum, whom he adopted in 2009, four years after marrying her mother, America’s Got Talent Judge, Heidi Klum.
In the post, the two smiled on the streets of New York arm-in-arm as Leni lay her head on her father’s chest. The 60-year-old music star wore a cream blazer and black shorts, while his daughter wore a baggy tee and khaki cargo pants.
In the caption of the adorable post, Seal expressed his love for Leni, as he wrote: “In NY with the young woman who changed my life for the better 19yrs ago. Thank you Leni for making me a better person. Love you,
-Papa.”
Leni herself commented on the post, as she replied: “So cute! I love you, papa.”
Fans praise the ‘beautiful’ family
Upon the post appearing on fans’ social media feeds, they took to the comments to compliment the family on how ‘beautiful’ they looked.
“Daddy and Daughter. Beautiful!!” exclaimed one fan.

Seal and Heidi Klum co-parent four children together
Leni is the eldest of Heidi and Seal’s four children. Although not her biological father, the Stand By Me singer adopted Leni in 2009, after four years of marriage.
In 2005, the couple welcomed their first son Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel. At the time, Heidi revealed to People that everyone would say he ‘looks just like his dad’. Their second son Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, was born just a year later.
Their youngest child, daughter Lou Sulola Samuel, was born in 2009, three years before the couple’s relationship came to an end.
